Pennsylvania Publishes Proposed Language for Amending Industrialized Housing Act

Last November, NTA updated our clients on proposed amendments to Pennsylvania’s Industrialized Housing Act that will require commercial structures to follow the same regulations as residential structures. The ending period for comments on the proposed legislation was July 27, 2015, and the Department of Community and Economic Development published the draft which contains the proposed language.

Another Successful Seminar Series and Golf Outing

The 14th Annual NTA Seminar Series and Golf Outing was once again a success – thanks to everyone who participated, as a speaker or attendee! There is nothing better than knowing you are training manufacturers, inspectors and builders to be BETTER manufacturers, inspectors and builders, which is exactly what the NTA Annual Seminar Series is supposed to do.

New DAPIA Director

NTA would like to welcome Harold “Harry” Odum to the NTA staff as our new Director of DAPIA Services. With over 20 years of experience in the factory built industry, he will be a valuable part of the NTA family.
