Mr. Feges provides a deep understanding of the overall construction industry, beginning with the energy crisis in the late 70’s researching and developing airtight super-insulated housing protocol in concert with the University of Minnesota Cold Climate Center and Honeywell’s Perfect Climate Control Center. His expertise is on all sides of the table from Land Development, Architecture, and Construction over a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use construction. His experience brings the necessary information to identify and manage the processes associated with analysis, evaluations, and due diligence investigation, resulting in correction solutions associated with modern building materials and technology. Mr. Feges also has 20 years of experience in designing, developing, and testing single membrane penetration protection devices that maintain fire-resistance ratings of fire-rated assemblies.
