Inspections

Plan Review
ICC NTA is an industry leader in verifying that HUD, modular, residential, and commercial buildings are compliant with the IRC, IBC, and other applicable standards. We provide third-party plan review services in all 50 U.S. States and parts of Canada.
CAD Services
ICC NTA’s Computer-aided Design (CAD) technicians understand the International Codes in the same manner as a plan reviewer, enabling us to draw with intent and provide knowledgeable support where it’s needed most—saving manufacturers time and money.

HUD
ICC NTA is one of only five private companies approved by the Federal government to complete design approval and perform quality audits as a HUD-approved DAPIA and IPIA services provider for manufactured housing.
