Michael Moglia – Director, Housing Standards Division

Michael Moglia, Director, Housing Standards Division has been employed with the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development for more than 20 years. He administers both the manufactured housing and industrialized housing programs as well as coordinates efforts with local code officials throughout the Commonwealth. Mike is a member of the National Manufactured Housing Consensus Committee and Chairs the Regulatory Enforcement Subcommittee. Mike is also a Representative with the Pennsylvania Housing Research Center, Industry Advisory Council at Penn State University.
