Robert (Bobby) Parks

Robert (Bobby) Parks has over 30 years’ experience in Manufactured Housing, Modular Homes, Residential Site Built Homes and Light Commercial. Areas of practice include Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation (HVAC), Moisture/Condensation Control, Energy Auditing and Building Failure Analysis with over 3,000 buildings analyzed, in over 40 states since 1998. Bobby regularly develops and presents building science-based CEU classes for entities such as Louisiana State University (LSU), Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance (SEEA), Department of Energy (DOE), Louisiana Department of Natural Resources and many Home Builder’s and Manufactured Housing Associations in numerous states.
