NTA Announces New Director of DAPIA Services

NAPPANEE, INDIANA: NTA is pleased to announce the addition of Doug Mills as the new Director of DAPIA services (Design Approval Primary Inspection Agency). Doug joins NTA with over 25 years experience in the manufactured housing and building industry. Bringing an executive-level background in operations and client services, he is also proficient in HUD code, value engineering, and production efficiencies. Doug will succeed Rod Hamilton who will retire at the end of this month after 34 years of valued service to NTA. With practical knowledge of quality assurance, team leadership, management and the manufactured housing industry in general, Doug will be an immense asset to NTA’s DAPIA team.
