Nappanee, Indiana: ICC NTA, LLC has certified (NLR-1078) that United Timber Works in Yamuna Nagar, Haryana 135001 India meet the requirements of EPA Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) Title VI, 40 CFR Part 770 Formaldehyde Emission Standard for Composite Wood Products and Title 17 California Code of Regulations, CA 93120.2 Airborne Toxic Control Measure (ATCM) to Reduce Formaldehyde Emissions from Composite Wood Products.

 

The following products have been certified under NLR-1078:

• Hardwood Plywood-Veneer Core (HWPW-VC) – Thickness: 3-mm to 35-mm
