Phil Jones is a respected industry expert in the off-site construction industry with extensive leadership experience in both engineering and overall operations. In 1993, after serving in the US Air Force, Phil started what was to become a long and proven track record in the off-site construction industry. Beginning in the engineering department, Phil was able to hone his knowledge of off-site construction operations and integrate this knowledge with his natural ability to oversee manufacturing and streamline facility operations. Phil was instrumental in increasing productivity and lowering labor costs, resulting in improved overall efficiency while serving as General Manager at both Mark Line Industries and Hi-tech Housing.
Since joining NTA in 2007, Phil has been able to apply his leadership skills and experience to the regulatory side of the off-site construction industry, as well as product testing, evaluation, and certification. Serving as the Vice president of operations and COO of NTA, he was responsible for oversite of operations for all departments and divisions of NTA, including consolidated P&L and overall growth of the company.
Currently serving as President of NTA, Phil is responsible for overall operations of all departments and divisions of NTA, as well as establishing strategic direction and goals for the organization. Additionally, Phil oversees a team of 150 employees, manages client demands, maintains company operations, and monitors financial matters for all NTA divisions.
