ASTM D6007 Formaldehyde Demonstration
Watch the testing method for determining formaldehyde concentration in the air from wood products using a small-scale chamber. This method is a way to quantify how much newly manufactured panel products contribute to indoor air quality.
ASTM E1333 Formaldehyde Large-chamber Demonstration
Watch the testing method for determining formaldehyde concentration in air and emission rates from wood products using a large-scale chamber. This method is a way to quantify how much newly manufactured panel products contribute to indoor air quality.
ASTM E96 Perm Rating Demonstration
Watch the test method for determining the perm rating or the permeance of a material, based on the amount of water vapor that will diffuse through the material in the presence of a vapor-pressure difference.
ASTM E162 Fire Demonstration
Watch the test method for determining the surface flammability of materials using a radiant heat energy source.
ASTM E1886 Missile Impact Demonstration
Watch this demonstration of the ASTM E1886 test for performance of exterior windows, curtain walls, doors, and impact-protective systems when impacted by a missile and exposed to cyclic pressure differentials.
