In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, NTA will have limited staff at all office locations until further notice. We take the health and safety of our employees, clients and partners very seriously, and we believe this move will help to minimize exposure to the virus.

Although a significant portion of our employees are now working remotely, we will continue to support you with the resources and services you need to create safe products and buildings. We have the infrastructure in place to telework, and we will continue to provide the majority of our services without significant delays or disruptions. Meetings will be conducted virtually, and employees continue to be available via phone and email.

Our testing laboratories remain open and operational, and we are still running tests as usual. Visitors to the labs will be limited to essential personnel only. We are taking extra precautions to protect employees, including cleaning and sterilizing our facilities frequently. We will not allow anyone to enter the lab who is sick or been in contact with someone exposed to COVID-19.

At this time, we are severely limiting travel for all employees, but we are still conducting inspections where possible. If you have an upcoming inspection scheduled and are no longer allowing visitors to your location because of the pandemic, please contact us to determine next steps.
