Notice of 45-day public comment period for proposed building standards of amendments to the 2019 California Building Code, Chapter 11A. The California Department of Housing and Community Development is providing notice of code changes intended for the 2019 California Building Standards Code. The proposed building standards will become permanent amendments to the 2019 edition of the California Building Code, Part 2, Chapter 11A, upon approval from the California Building Standards Commission.
Public comments on the proposed building standards will be accepted during a 45-day comment period.
Public comment period begins
April 3, 2020 and ends May 18, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.
