ISSUING AGENCY: Construction Industries Division (CID) of the Regulation and Licensing Department.
SUBJECT: 2021 NEW MEXICO RESIDENTIAL BUILDING CODE
EFFECTIVE DATE: July 14, 2023 with a grace period until December 14, 2023, permits may be issued under either the previously adopted rule, or this rule. After December 14, 2023, permits may be issued only under this rule.
