Minnesota Adoption of the 2023 National Electrical Code

Minnesota Rules, Part 1315.0200

The Minnesota Board of Electricity intends to adopt permanent rules governing the adoption of the 2023 edition of the National Electrical Code, Minnesota Rules, part 1315.0200.

The following document related to this rulemaking will be published in the March 20, 2023, edition of the State Register:

• Dual Notice: Notice of Intent to Adopt Rules Without a Public Hearing Unless 25 or More Persons Request a Hearing, and Notice of Hearing if 25 or More Requests for Hearing Are Received.

The Dual Notice provides details about the hearing and cancellation of the hearing.

The Dual Notice, proposed rules, and Statement of Need and Reasonableness, along with other information about the status of the rulemaking, are available in the rulemaking docket.

The comment period for this rulemaking ends at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 19, 2023.
