The Minnesota Board of Electricity has scheduled a public hearing on August 19, 2020, at 9 a.m. CDT. This hearing is to be held via WebEx format due to concerns over public group meetings during the current COVID-19 health pandemic. The hearing will be on the proposed rules governing the adoption of the 2020 National Electrical Code, Minnesota Rules, Part 1315.0200.
