Nebraska Public Service Commission annual hearing to determine the seal (insignia) fee, please find the opinion and findings of the public hearing held on Wednesday, September 5. The commission followed the recommendations of Director Luttich resulting in the seal (insignia) fee and the new manufacturer plan review fee remaining at the current rates. The seal (insignia) fee will remain at $0.19 per square foot with a minimum of $10.00 and a maximum of $1,000.00. The $1,800.00 new manufacturer plan review fee also remains unchanged.
