Please find the following link to the house bill (HB 1008). The new Georgia bill allows factory-built One- and Two-Family Dwellings to be constructed on a permanent chassis. The requirement for units to be affixed to a permanent load-bearing foundation remains. The bill is effective on 01-01-2021.
