The NYSDOS Modular Unit is primarily working from home with limited office hours. They are checking their telephone messages and emails daily and responding as quickly as possible. They are continuing to do submission logins, reviews, and approvals. They are continuing to process insignia orders once a week. They ask that they only request insignia for projects that are actually being fabricated and stockpiling of insignia is not allowed. If they truly need the insignia we will get it to them as quickly as they can.
They are currently scheduled to be back in the office full-time on March 31st, but that is subject to change.
