The Indiana Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission has published Notice of a Rulemaking Hearing for October 11, 2019 in Indianapolis, Indiana. The hearing regarding the proposed rules in 675 IAC 14-4.3, which repeals and replaces the 2005 Indiana Residential Code with an amended version of the 2018 International Residential Code to govern construction of Class 2 structures.
