The office of Housing Standards continues to work remotely due to the COVID 19 pandemic, however they have made a slight change regarding the mailing of industrialized housing and component insignias;
1. Besides mailing the PA insignia order form along with the payment, the completed order form and a copy of the payment (check) will need to be scanned and emailed to: housingstandards@pa.gov and mmoglia@pa.gov, once they receive the email, the sender will receive a reply that they have received the order. Continue to mail in the orders. No change there.
2. Once they receive the email with the completed order form and the copy of the payment, orders will be processed and mailed from our office on a weekly basis.
ALL INSIGNIA ORDERS RECEIVED (VIA EMAIL) EACH WEEK BEFORE 12:00 PM ON FRIDAY WILL BE MAILED ON TUESDAY THE FOLLOWING WEEK.
