South Dakota State Electrical Commission has scheduled a public hearing

The South Dakota State Electrical Commission has scheduled a public hearing and will be held telephonically on April 21, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., to consider the adoption and amendment of proposed rules numbered 20:44:14:01, 20:44:15:07, 20:44:16:23, 20:44:18:02, 20:44:18:06, 20:44:19:05, 20:44:19:06, 20:44:20:01 to 20:44:20:10, inclusive, 20:44:20:13, and 20:44:24:05.

The effect of the rules will be to adopt the 2020 National Electrical Code (the “2020 NEC”) and update the reference to the 2018 International Building Code (the “2018 IBC”).
