The West Virginia State Fire Commission has adopted the 2020 edition of the NEC, 2018 editions of the International Building Code (IBC), International Mechanical Code (IMC), International Plumbing Code (IPC), International Existing Building Code (IEBC) International Residential Code (IRC) and 2015 edition of the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC).
These Codes will become effective on August 1, 2022.
