If any of your approved NC modular manufacturers wish to begin using the 2017 NC Electrical Code now, they are encouraged to do so. The 2017 NC Electrical Code is comprised of the 2017 NEC along with the 2017 NC Electrical Code amendments. Maine Adoption of the 2015 International Residential Code

Ohio Board of Building Standards – Amendments to Residential Code

South Carolina A117.1 Standard for Accessible and Usable Buildings is available for use

The 2017 version of A117.1, Standard for Accessible and Usable Buildings is available for use and currently applicable in the state of South Carolina. Upon further review of the new edition of the code, significant changes were discovered. Many sections were separated into categories for Existing Buildings and New Buildings.
