The Colorado State Electrical Board has updated Rule 1.2 in their Code of Regulations which includes the adoption of the 2020 National Electrical Code without amendment and will become effective on August 1, 2020. A copy of the permanently adopted rule can be found in the notification. This code update does apply to the Factory-Built Structures program however rule (8 CCR 1302-14 2.5) applies a transition period of 180 days after the effective date.
