Renewals Issued for Industry-wide AC Letters for Windows (20-IW1-AC), 25-Amp Circuit Breakers (20-IW2-AC) and Exterior Doors (21-IW1-AC)
HUD’s Office of Manufactured Housing Programs has issued renewal letters for Industry-Wide Alternative Construction (AC) letters 20-IW1-AC for Windows, 20-IW2-AC for 25-Amp Circuit Breakers, and 21-IW1-AC for Exterior Doors, dated July 1, 2022.
The AC letters have been renewed through June 30, 2023.
They hope this action will afford manufacturers greater flexibility in continuing production of affordable housing that will meet or exceed the Federal Standards. Links to the AC letters and other information can be found on HUD’s website at: www.hud.gov/omhp
