In Follow up to the previous post regarding the public hearing to determine the seal (insignia) fee amount. Please find the following findings as received by the Nebraska Public Service Commission. The state seal/label fee remained the same at $0.19 per square foot for modular units. The minimum fee of $100.00 and a maximum fee of $1,000.00 remain unchanged. The $1,800.00 new manufacturer’s initial plan review fee also remains unchanged.
