The following Ohio Department of Commerce BBS February 2019 Newsletter was recieved. The newsletter includes a reminder for the update to the Residential Code of Ohio Dec. 14, the board adopted the update to the Residential Code of Ohio (R.C.O.) based on the 2018 International Residential Code effective July 1, 2019. The new code can be viewed here. The newsletter also specified that renovations of the board meeting rooms at the Tussing Road facility through May 2019, will require alternative locations for upcoming meetings.
