PA Department of Community & Economic Development regarding closing

The Governor has closed all Commonwealth facilities in Harrisburg, PA to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus).  DCED has started our telework operations and will continue to do so for 14 days. Regarding the ordering of PA Industrialized Housing Insignias, they have implemented the following contingency plan:

1. Besides mailing the PA insignia order form along with the payment, the completed order form and a copy of the payment (check) will need to be scanned and emailed to: housingstandards@pa.gov and mmoglia@pa.gov , once they receive the email, the sender will receive a reply that they have received the order.  Continue to mail in the orders. 

1. Once they receive the email with the completed order form and the copy of the payment, the orders will be processed and mailed from a remote location and they will process the payments once able to return to the office. 

In the event there are restrictions that affect your operations, please inform the office immediately.
