Please find the following rule amendments by the Alabama Manufactured Housing Commission (AMHC) on Rule 535-X-11.05(23). 535-X-11.07(3): Plans and specifications are to be submitted stamped with the written signature of the registered architect and engineer. A written statement in letter form and notarized included in submittal stating that the registered professional has drawn the plan according to codes adopted by the Commission. 535-X-11-.13(a): Requirements for used units sited in Alabama.
