The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) has just released the draft Multifamily Housing Program (MHP) Guidelines. Alabama MFG Housing Comm – Rules and Regulations Memo

Please find the following rule amendments by the Alabama Manufactured Housing Commission (AMHC) on Rule 535-X-11.05(23). 535-X-11.07(3): Plans and specifications are to be submitted stamped with the written signature of the registered architect and engineer. A written statement in letter form and notarized included in submittal stating that the registered professional has drawn the plan according to codes adopted by the Commission. 535-X-11-.13(a): Requirements for used units sited in Alabama. The State of Michigan’s new code cycle for commercial structures has gone into effect on January 4, 2019. No structure shall be approved or labeled on previous code cycles plan reviews as of the effective date. Please find the following January 2019 issue of the Maryland Register: Highlights include a notice of proposed action. The Secretary of Labor, Licensing, and regulation and the Secretary of housing and community development jointly proposed a code update to the 2018 I-codes and the 2017 NEC (page 10 of 16). Maryland design criteria effective Jan 3rd, 2019

The climatic and geographic design criteria per 2015 IRC table 301.2(1) for modular buildings must follow the requirements of the individual Maryland local Jurisdictions.
